The base fee covers your platform infrastructure including computing hours, database resources, security systems, regular updates, and customer support. All core platform features are included regardless of tier. You only pay additional per-mentor fees based on your active mentor count.
You pay a monthly base fee for your tier plus a per-mentor fee for each **active mentor** on your platform. Active mentors are those who have completed sessions, have upcoming bookings, or have logged in within the last 30 days. New mentors get a 7-day grace period.
An active mentor is someone who, within the last 30 days, has: completed at least one session, has upcoming booked sessions, logged into the platform, or updated their profile. New mentors are considered active for their first 7 days regardless of activity.
No additional transaction fees from us! Since you use your own Stripe account, you'll only pay Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). We don't add any markup on payment processing.
